I
come from a social work background and a community based approach,
which focuses on "Helping others to help themselves."
In therapy this translates to helping individuals, couples,
and families to help themselves.
I work with you, my client, in order to create a safe and
confidential environment to assist you in working through
your concerns |

Our perceptions of ourselves are often
rooted in the meanings that we attached to the events of our
childhood and adolescence. We create defense mechanisms that
work for us in our youth, but often work against us as adults.
People are often surprised to discover that that their emotional
and relational problems are rooted in their childhood experiences.
All is not lost. By examining the meaning that you attached
to the experience, changing the behavior, the results will
be positive.
The Choices that you make for Positive Change
can start you on the road to personal and relational fulfillment.
